2012 VW EOS - Convertible Top Repair Brian was attentive in listening to my story concerning how my convertible top was damaged by an umbrella I had left on the ledge in the trunk. He ha Brian was attentive in listening to my story concerning how my convertible top was damaged by an umbrella I had left on the ledge in the trunk. He had the car checked and identified a broken part that had to be replaced. Brian informed me the part needed would have to be ordered and would take a week to come in. In exactly a week I received a call from Brian the part was in and he scheduled a time for me to bring in the car. The repair was made and the estimate amount quoted was in line with the final cost.
