Took my Beetle turbo in for regular maintenance recently. That all being said, working with Carlos is always fantastic. His customer service is a cut above anyone else's. Also, their technician sent me a video documenting my vehicle's condition and the work being performed on the vehicle which I thought was outstanding. So all in all, a minor miscommunication isn't worth subtracting a star since my vehicle was still processed immediately and I received excellent customer service. More
