Quick efficient Cordial. Office staff lady was the bomb. She was very personable, friendly and open. She made me feel really welcome to be there. I was feeling well so that made a word of difference. Aaron worked hard for me over a 3 day period to reach out to me with getting the paperwork need on my phone. I am not good with technology. I dealt with him for about 2 months debating on getting a new car. He was patient and kind. Only issue ti had was with my tag was not properly put on the Volkswagen . Reason was tag hole was missing a piece of plastic and I was left with 1 screw to hold the tag on. After a pretty good experience and the guys getting things done it’s a small thing but it put a bad stamp on the end. I felt like hey bye get going with tag not attached properly . thanks More

I am absolutely livid. This process started way back in august. I traded in my 2016 Jetta for a 2018 Tiguan. The initial paperwork was fine. The payment was $401 the payoff quote ended up coming back $400 august. I traded in my 2016 Jetta for a 2018 Tiguan. The initial paperwork was fine. The payment was $401 the payoff quote ended up coming back $400 less than what was written in to the deal so they told me I would just get a refund. Fast forward 2+ weeks later I am told we need to come in and redo paperwork because there were problems with the initial lender. Ok fine. We went in to do the paperwork. I trusted the fact that they told us everything was the same we just needed to resign. Fine. Fast forward to Friday 10/2. I log on to find my payment is now $418. I looked at the documents to see that gap insurance for $999 and $1101 for NA were added to deal. xxx? Again, I let it go because at this point I’m over it. So then I called achieva today to make sure they finally (a month later not to mention an overdue car payment) got the pay off. Well they did but instead of the extra $400+ I was expecting as a refund It was $52 short. So now I am pissed and I want it all fixed. I just spoke with someone who told me I would get a phone call back. I really hope I do and I really hope you all set it right. More
