Hands down the worst experiences I've had with this dealership. I can say with 100% certainty I will NOT bring my vehicle back to this dealership as long as Johnny is working in the service department. He has to be the most unprofessional/disrespectful individual I've worked with. I'm still appalled on how he treated both myself and husband. Not to mention they kept my vehicle for a week with one excuse after another as to why they didn't have the ordered part. As soon as we got home another alarm starting dinging. If i could give zero stars I would have. More

Quick, easy, and painless It was easy to make the appointment, get in and get out quickly. This was only an oil change so what can go wrong.
