We went to them for convenience, but never again. Went to Lakeland Volkswagen, and they agreed that it is a national contract and they will do the work for free under the maintenance contract. Steer clear of Brandon Volkswagen. Rude, unprofessional, and won't honor a Volkswagen national contract. More
