The offer he was able to give us from Brandon VW was better than any offer I got elsewhere that day. He was even able to get us in a sport model of the Jetta family which was better than the one I had even asked for. We were sold the minute he sent us a video of the exact car we were buying. Lenny made us feel like we were dealing with an old friend. He was professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and fair. The dealership gave us a great offer on our trade-in sight unseen. Our daughter drove an hour and a half from her home in Florida to pick up her first new car the very same day. Lenny knew I was disappointed that we could not physically be there with her for this milestone so he took a ton of pictures for me and even made a TikTok video. I am blown away by Lenny and Brandon VW. I have purchased a LOT of cars in my 55 years and this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. We are so grateful to Lenny and his entire team. I took my car in for an alignment. I was told it was done. When I asked for a copy they can't give a color copy because they don't have a color copier. When I asked to see the paper w I was told it was done. When I asked for a copy they can't give a color copy because they don't have a color copier. When I asked to see the paper work showing green where it was completed they couldn't give me one because their equipment couldn't do it. I could understand that if they were up front about it but they were letting me leave thinking they completed it. More

I had one of the most frustrating and misleading experiences I’ve ever had with a car dealership. On 4/23/26, I spoke with Lenny about a truck I had been actively searching for. I made it very clear from the beginning: I liked the truck and was ready to buy, but I wanted a straightforward, out-the-door price with their absolute best offer. He sent me a breakdown showing the truck listed online at $62,691, discounted to $57,444 plus fees, bringing the total to $64,786.48. I told him plainly—remove the $1,397 in dealer-installed add-ons, and I would buy it. He agreed and sent an updated breakdown reflecting that change, bringing the total to $63,300.76. At that point, I told him it was sold. We then spent a significant amount of time going back and forth finalizing details: negotiating my trade-in, reviewing numbers, discussing delivery, and I was even sent a credit application. From both sides, this was clearly a done deal. Then, out of nowhere—while I was halfway through completing the credit app—I received a text saying the general manager had stepped in and claimed the pricing sheet was “incorrect.” I was told they “fixed” it and added an extra $1,000 to my trade-in as if that somehow made up for it. It didn’t. The new numbers suddenly jumped by about $5,000 from what we had already agreed upon. When I questioned it, I was told, “that’s the internet price.” That makes absolutely no sense considering we had already agreed on a lower price and moved forward with the deal in good faith. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. We had a clear agreement, time was invested on both sides, and then the price was arbitrarily changed at the last minute. Even the salesperson admitted he understood why I was upset and said he’d be disappointed too. I walked away from the deal immediately. This is completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Buyers beware. More
