Horrible service. Came here for a 80k mile oil change and decided to also get a DSG transmission service. Came home, realized my AC was blowing hot air. At first I didn’t notice it at first, after a few days noticed the problem and contacted the service department for an appointment to fix my ac. Btw, my 2017 gti has always had the coldest AC so this was odd since this didn’t happen before the dsg service? Anyways, was then contacted and told that the ac machine is “broken” and that it’ll get fixed in a few weeks. No biggie, came back on March 28th was then told it was never fixed and was told I’d get contacted whenever it gets fixed. Called the service department today (May 6th 2022) and asked if it has been fixed, nope. Dude it’s been over 2 months with me having to drive around with hot air blowing in my face. The worst Volkswagen location ever existed. Slow and unprofessional. Do better. Now I will have to pay out of pocket for a problem that this dealership caused. More

Showed up for appointment made 1 week prior only to be told they don’t have me down for an appointment. After two hours nothing done that was supposed to be done. Car still not aligned, “inspection due” told they don’t have me down for an appointment. After two hours nothing done that was supposed to be done. Car still not aligned, “inspection due” message still on and the fog light not changed. Went to another tire place who recommended I report how badly the tires were off alignment as my car was “aligned” at Brandon VW just three weeks prior. My car shook and shakes driving and was dangerously out of alignment. If I could give zero stars I would. Unacceptable. More
