Rolando is a excellent service advisor, the mechanics need to pay for attention to detail, took my 2015 Passat for a new battery and oil change, mechanic forgot to reset the check engine light, otherwise need to pay for attention to detail, took my 2015 Passat for a new battery and oil change, mechanic forgot to reset the check engine light, otherwise he was very professional about pointing out all the components that needed attention and service.
