I found the sales person to be great and very friendly. Once we got to the actual deal making it was very “old school”. I had no trade-in, and took possession 2 days after I placed a deposit. Had my own financing but they tried to sell me at a higher interest rate. They had extended warranties in the contract that I didn’t agree to and then when I asked them to remove them, they “erroneously” left one of them in. Luckily I reviewed the contract very closely. My advice is to review all documents closely. More

The service took twice as long as quoted. I responded promptly to the text notifications asking if I wanted suggested services. I still had to ask when the work would be finished and it was apparent the technician had not checked my responses and was just letting me wait with my 1 year old. They did not try to get us out until she was having a meltdown bc she was tired bored and hungry for lunch. There also was no changing table in the restroom. I would not recommend this place to anyone. More
