Disappointed in service department. Charged $300+ and fixed NOTHING!! Doesn’t get much lower taking money from a single mom. There were many things you could’ve done to help but because I didn’t come in for those things, ya’ll refused to fix any of them. Million dollar company taking money from people living paycheck to paycheck. My kids and I have one car and ya’ll let me sit in your service department sobbing behind my sunglasses. Cried and prayed all the way home that my car would make it home safely. I will not be back. Also- the mechanics video was so muffled and he spoke so fast I couldn’t even understand him. When I asked for help I was told “well I understand what he’s saying” from the service dept guy. Of course you understand him!! You know parts, I don’t!! More
Jonathan is a xxxxTY salesman, he lied to me all the time and tricked me into buying his car. He only want to make money from the buyers, but don't care what problem the car bring to the buy. I had a lemon car because of him, but when I call him since the first day I bought the car, he never answer my phone, never call me back even when I was in a emergency situation. Jonathan is a very bad salesman , never buy a car from him, never listen to him. He is the worst salesman in the world. If I could , I would rate 0 for him. Took my car in for a oil change and when they were finished they had broken three of the four mudflaps on the vehicle (2007 Passat with 50,000 miles). The response was its a older vehicle and that could be expected. When I put up a argument I was told they can't get parts for a vehicle over ten years old. They said my next oil change would be free. It cost me $160 dollars for new oilflaps from Volkswagen warehouse. Volkswagen America said they could note my complaint but they had no power to make the dealer do anything. This place has gone downhill since it switched ownership about a year ago. I have had my car serviced there since it was new. More
