Excellent service. They are very proactive and attentive. If there are issues they make to sure they find a solution for it. If there are issues they make to sure they find a solution for it. More
I appreciate them fitting me into the schedule and getting the work down the same day. I woudlve appreciated better communication on timing tho. getting the work down the same day. I woudlve appreciated better communication on timing tho. More
Over $300 of labor costs for an oil change, battery to be replaced and “reprogrammed” and an air filter to be changed. Going to get a different brand car so I do not have to deal with this from VW prices. Ca replaced and “reprogrammed” and an air filter to be changed. Horrible experience from start to finish. Any questions ask Michael or Antwan. Antwan promised he'd get back to me yesterday afternoon and I'm still waiting. ask Michael or Antwan. Antwan promised he'd get back to me yesterday afternoon and I'm still waiting. More
I took my vehicle into this dealership with a turbo lag code showing. I was told they changed the turbo valve and other minor defects to a tune of $4300. When I picked up the vehicle, the engine light was code showing. I was told they changed the turbo valve and other minor defects to a tune of $4300. When I picked up the vehicle, the engine light was out, until day 3 when it came back on with the same code. No I’m told I need a new turbo. RIP OFF. Seth, the person I dealt with tried to fob me off with a story, and he said he’d try and get VW to contribute to the new turbo cost by last Friday. Not a peep. Find an honest car mechanic with his own shop. Stay away from dealership service departments. I’ve been an aircraft technician for over 40 years. Many of the techs I work with started their careers in dealership service departments. You wouldn’t believe the stories they told me about what is NOT done to your vehicle, when they say something has been done. The techs have worked at Ford, BMW and Chevy to name a few. Warranty and non-warranty work. It’s legalised theft, and I’ve just fallen victim to it. Never again. More
