Michael in the service center is the best VW service rep I have ever met and I have been a VW owner since 1996. I was about to give up on Brandon Volkswagen since they misplaced my owner's manual and never I have ever met and I have been a VW owner since 1996. Thanks goodness those guys are gone now and the replacement staff, like Michael, have a totally professional help/advice attitude. Service was exceptional! My Service Advisor Carlos was courteous, professional, and thorough in his explanations of the process. He listened as I outlined my performance concerns on my Atlas and got it f courteous, professional, and thorough in his explanations of the process.
