I wish I had known about Jack dealership earlier. Jack’s is by far the BEST VW DEALERSHIP to use for all your VW repairs! My VW is a 2011 Tiguan and I love it. However, servicing my VW has not been Jack’s is by far the BEST VW DEALERSHIP to use for all your VW repairs! My VW is a 2011 Tiguan and I love it. However, servicing my VW has not been so easy. I’ve been to at least five VW mechanics near the Portland area and have had unsatisfactory experiences with them all. In fact, even though I loved my VW, I was not going to buy one again. Not one of them has been able to fix an electrical issue I had without replacing everything. At Jack’s they diagnosed the electrical problem immediately. They were able to repair that problem and another problem that they diagnosed in one day. They did not have to replace an entire system and because of that the price was much lower than other exorbitant quotes I had. I could go on and on praising Jack’s Dealership. Thank you Justin, Colton, Brian and Richard who were patient and pleasant and knew their stuff! Thanks to Jack’s I will definitely buy a Volkswagen again! More
