Ken Vance Service has been nothing but stellar. My car on the other hand, nothing but issues. Bought a 2022 Jetta brand new. By 33,000 miles needed major engine work and was out of commission for a month. Now, just got a brand new steering column this week because of wiring issues (about 2 months later.) That being said, Ken Vance Service had a rental for me the whole time my vehicle was in service for the engine and had my steering wheel diagnosed AND changed within 2 1/2 hours in one appointment. So, while I'm not the happiest in my vehicle, the service staff and department is AWESOME. Sales did a great job when I bought too, I just wish my Jetta wasn't such a lemon. George More
