Horrible communication from the service department. Different departments passed blame around vs being apologetic. Took two months for issues to be taken care of. This all could have been completed but instead my vehicle sat outside for over a week without anything being done to it. Service person argued that it wasn’t his fault even though he said multiple times he would call me back. Issues continued from there and went on for a while after that issue. All the issues were dealership caused and could have easily been avoided. Instead 2 months of headaches. More

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service that I receive every single time and there hasn’t been one time that I have been not satisfied when going to Audi of Eau Claire. Tyler reaches out periodically to make sure that everything is running smoothly and updates Me and genuinely cares about my visits every single time that I go to the Dealership. I have never had such great customer service from a dealership in my entire life compared to marquart where it is a struggle to attempt to receive any sort of good customer service as well as any good service from them at all. I chased them instead of them chasing me. Every time that I go to one automotive specifically of Audi Eau Claire I feel that there is nothing but respect and care put into me as a customer. I have never had such good customer service and quality service from a dealership and will never go back to marquart for service unless absolutely necessary for my Gm vehicle. I was on a road trip from MN to IL and had an engine light come on and my car was running rough. I stopped at Eau Claire VW and they hooked it up and found the problem.
