My visit to the service station at Cook Volkswagen was VERY pleasant!!!!! Tim Moore was very courteous, helpful, sincere and PROFESSIONAL. He and the service department took very good care of me and my VERY pleasant!!!!! Tim Moore was very courteous, helpful, sincere and PROFESSIONAL. He and the service department took very good care of me and my vehicle. They made sure I was not inconvenienced and offered a shuttle home while my Jetta was worked on. I'd have say, the current atmosphere at Cook Volkswagen today is like night and day compared to when I bought my first VW Jetta from them in 1994 when they were in Aberdeen. And believe me its been that long since I was willing to give them another shot. The current staff is wonderful. Will never wait that long again to deal with Cook VW, with the way the operation is run now. DEFINITELY recommend anyone to buy a VW from Cook VW. Great job in turing things around and keep up the good work. More

Good Stuff. I was hesitant to take my older VW to the dealership when the check engine light came on, but I was close by and in a pinch, so I stopped in. Quick fix and I was done. I've always been scared of the dealer...this one seems good. More
