This was by far one of the best car buying experiences. Our salesman Eric B. Was helpful, patient, and informative. There were no hidden fees or surprise up charges that have become common with car dealers Our salesman Eric B. Was helpful, patient, and informative. Bought a 2008 Passat for 3000 in January. In July I took it here for stalling. 600 bucks for a vacuum hose. The day I picked up the car it stalled again before I even got out of the parking lot. Engine light came on. Brought it right back. next day they said it was the timing chain and gave me a THREE THOUSAND dollar estimate. That was what I paid for the car itself! I wrote to manager Stephanie Correra to ask for consideration for the $612 I spent for the first useless repair. She did not even have the courtesy to answer. I am old and disabled and live on SS. I could not afford the repair. SO I decided to try selling online before giving it to a junk dealer. A man purchased it from me for 1500 bucks. He was a mechanic, and 4 days later he told me it did NOT need a timing chain, only a sensor. He has the car back on the road, driving fine for less than 300 bucks! I am heartbroken and without transportation now. More
