An exceptional buying experience from VW of Fort Meyers. I shopped at several VW dealerships for a VW Arteon and was most impressed with this dealership. My initial inquiry via e-mail was immediately responded by Diane Gampfer by e-mail, text message and a phone call. She was very professional and quickly responded to any questions and information that I would ask for. The sales experience was simple and there were no curve xxxxx or razzle dazzle. The day that I arrived to pick up the car it was sitting out front completely detailed and a nice VIP sign was on the front windshield. Diane was very familiar with the technology in this car and went over all the details on how to program everything. I am very happy with my car and I encourage anyone in Florida that is considering a VW purchase to give Diane and VW of Fort Meyers a call. More

I worked with Daunte in sales and Alex for financing, both we I recently bought my 2020 Tiguan from VW Fort Myers and I’m very happy with my purchase. I had an issue with small scratch in one of the window seals and they immediately ordered the replacement part and got it fixed in a matter of days.
