Horrible Dealership - They'll smile while they lie to you After 3 leases and a car purchase, I'm turning in my last lease and never looking back. They are simply not trustworthy. One example is after buying a "certified" used Pacifica, I drove home and noticed the mirror was broken. When I contacted the sales guy, Gary, he told me the service manager said "go to the auto store and buy a mirror and glue it on top". I thought he was joking! I had to really press them to fix the mirror correctly, which as it turns out was a very expensive fix. On top of that, they had led me to believe the used car had just arrived and that was a blatant lie and the car had issue after issue costing me thousands of dollars. When I was ready to turn in my second lease, they pressed hard saying they wanted to 'make up' for the used car issues and 'take care of me'. So giving the sales guy Gary and the General Manager the benefit of the doubt, I leased a Tiguan..which isn't a great vehicle by the way (bad ac, electrical issues, etc). Less than 2 weeks after leasing my Tiguan, I see they started leasing them for $80 less per month than I was paying. They had no desire to acknowledge their deception or resolve it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm switching to Toyota. More

Did not respect my time or intelligence Condescending, inept, uninformed, unorganized, unresponsive. My time was not respected and my instructions to not check my credit until I had completed my test drive were not followed. More

He even came in on his day off when the car arrived early to make sure everything was completed so I could pick it up!! Talk about service!! I could not recommend this dealership or Gary E. enough!! Now the minuses in the dealership. earlier this week I had several questions and I had misplaced the salesperson card , Tried to call the dealership several times only to be routed several times and eventually I spoke to the service center Three times they attempted to route me to someone in the front and or the receptionist , only to greeted by A ghost. I even left a message in the GM ( no mention of being on vacation on his voice mail ) It seems the phone is only answered at will and not too often. I finally contacted the Sonic Corporate office in North Carolina, and explained my frustration , They listened and advised me they would contact the GM to call me . Today several days later, I was able to speak to a human being at the dealer, only to be told he is away on vacation!!!.Could have left a message indicating same. I had to visit the local Honda dealer in Coconut point to resolve my questions, then i was able to speak to Mr Mesidor, and he explained and resolved my other concern ( pass seat air bag light on unless there is person seated) . My comments are not indicative of the salespersons, service, vehicles, and staff, Jut the LOUSY PHONE SERVICE, cheap is not always the BEST.. Someone should be available at all times to answer the incoming CALLS More
Great 1st Time Buying Experience for Single Woman I had lost my car in the SWF Flooding a week prior and I needed to purchase a vehicle within a certain price range for my insurance coverage. I contacted the dealership about some cars of interest and spoke with Mike Welden. He was really friendly and answered all of my initial questions. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Joe Weidenfeller and Mr. Welden. I was by myself and nervous because I have never purchased a vehicle on my own before and a female, who does not know a lot about cars. Mr. Weidenfeller sat down with me and treated me like I was his own daughter looking at vehicles. He explained everything in great detail and spoke with my parents who live across the country over the phone to explain things. He never rushed me or made me feel pushed. He was just straightforward and honest. He helped me get me an excellent vehicle that was not only within my budget, but also has tons of updated features that I never would have thought I would have been able to get within my price range. When I say that Mr. Weidenfeller and his team went above and beyond to help me get everything set up properly, this is not an exaggeration. They stayed after hours and even took my rental car back for me. These guys are great! I will definitely use Mr. Weidenfeller's services again and hope you do too! More
