By far, this dealership provides the best customer service I've ever had. There is no high pressure sales pitching. The service is very personal; they make you feel like family. I wish I could give them a 0. I had two Vws before this I wish I could give them a 0. I had two Vws before this tiguan I bought from them about one month ago. Both of my cars I bought in Naples and I wish I had node the same this time as well. Well, the finance guy quoted me a payment when he saw my credit score and I agreed with it. It was lunch time, so I went out for lunch... when I came back to close the deal, he told me that he worked his numbers and found me a deal and that my payment was going to be 5 dollars less that what he quoted me and that it was going to be for 6 months less. OMG, I got really excited and happy and closed the deal with him. When I got home, I realized that the amount of money I borrowed did not match my monthly payments with my interest rate, So, I called to complain just to find out that he did not get me a deal: he lied to me and sold me $3000 in products that I did not request. He made it sound that he threw this deal in the basket with the price of the car. He misguided me, lied to me and made me feel like an idiot. I complained to corporate, they refunded me the money, but the loan terms cannot be changed: so I am stuck with a high payment, not only that the finance guy neglects to apologize and keeps saying that he pointed to me that my payment was originally 61 dollars cheaper and I chose to buy those extra products, today, he said I am liar. PLEASE NEVER GO THERE. THEY WILL xxxx YOU! LIE AND SELL YOU PRODUCTS YOU DID NOT WANT TO BUY PRETENDING THEY ARE GIVING IT TO YOU. More

Today I purchased a new VW Beetle - Convertible R-Line w/Sound & Nav - actually it arrived from NC - last week I walked into the dealership where I have been a customer for a good ten years - thinking I w w/Sound & Nav - actually it arrived from NC - last week I walked into the dealership where I have been a customer for a good ten years - thinking I would trade in my 1999 VW Cabrio for a 2014 VW R-Line Candy White with Beige Leather Interior - turns out only two 2014 such cars existed - one was sold - I now have the other :>) Since I have been connected with this dealership for many years for service - it was my choice as I know they are honest and helpful - I asked for Joe Weidenfeller - saleman - I had had a conversation with him previously about old Fairy Tale Books which left an impression on me - to find such a car - and he/the dealership did just that! I would definitely recommend this dealership and all its employees to anyone either to purchase a new or used VW auto or for service of their auto---period :>) Nothing beats the soul of a VW!!!!!!!!! More

I originally went to this dealership to lease or buy a new vehicle and was closer to my home. When I presented no one was willing to help. Once we did get a sales help he was rude. We sat down to work the new vehicle and was closer to my home. When I presented no one was willing to help. Once we did get a sales help he was rude. We sat down to work the deal and was told there was no possible way to work the deal that was proposed. We left the dealership feeling discouraged. We presented to a dealership to our south.. Naples Florida VW. They were able to make the deal that this dealer was adamant that was impossible. I would advise anyone I know against this dealer. More

Mary and I arrived late for our appointment to see a VW Beetle Convertable that we were interested in. Ed Taylor in sales was very accomodating to our demands for info on the used beetle with only 6,000 Beetle Convertable that we were interested in. The demo ride was very thorough and informative and he was sincerely interested in our specific needs. Price negotiation was very transparent to us and satisfactorily handled with the sales manager's (Jimmy Epolito)help. All in all my wife and I were very pleased with the process right thru to the end with Troy Arch, Finance Manager's information and final delivery of our vehicle. The price was right! More

This is the third vehicle we have purchased form VW of Fort Myers. All of the Sales Staff is courteous, helpful, and just all around fantastic. Ed Taylor was our Sales Consultant. He was willing and able Fort Myers. All of the Sales Staff is courteous, helpful, and just all around fantastic. Ed Taylor was our Sales Consultant. He was willing and able to listen to our needs, and the particulars of what we were interested in. After a little bit of dialogue with him he let us know what he felt would best work for us. He discussed inventory at their partner locations as well as what was currently on the lot. We were able to browse a few cars and then take a test drive. No pressure, no threats, no coercion of any kind. My wife and I went and had lunch and were able make our decision on our own. Upon returning they were able take care of the sale, financing, tag, title, everything the same day. We left with a full tank of gas and a car we love. Ed Taylor, John Casco, and the rest of the FM VW Team are great. I strongly recommend them. PS their Service Department is fantastic too. More
