Volkswagen of Garden Grove

I did not actually buy a car at VW Garden Grove but I went there 2 or 3 times because I believe they have good price deals on their CPO cars. The only reason I did not buy my VW car at Garden Grove eve went there 2 or 3 times because I believe they have good price deals on their CPO cars. The only reason I did not buy my VW car at Garden Grove eventually was because of another colour I preferred and the distance to my home. VW has great maintenance and warranty service! Prices on used cars are interesting and you just feel more comfortable knowing your car is certified for 2 more years. No matter how careful you are, you never know what others can do to your car... I would say the sales people in VW Garden Grove are young. It's rather quiet when you walk in the store. You might have to wait a minute before a salesperson will direct you and ask what you are looking for. That might annoy some people, but I prefer that than 3 salesguys coming out "running" towards you....I like having a quick walk around the shop and see what's happening. The sales contact was very good and I felt like I was taken seriously. My needs for a type of car were taken into account and I received good advices on some of the cars. You just feel that you will drive out with the right car for you. More

Here is an email I sent to Jeff West, the general manager: Hey Jeff,       I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how pleased I was with the purchase experience of my sister-in-law’s J manager: Hey Jeff,       I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how pleased I was with the purchase experience of my sister-in-law’s Jetta that we bought on Saturday, February 12th. My experience started with Greg Kozai in your internet sales department. Being an internet sales manager myself, I can be very critical of how other dealers operate. Greg was quick to respond, was very professional, and gave me a great price upfront. I can appreciate not having to go back and forth to haggle. We worked the deal via the phone and email, and set an appointment for my sister-in-law to stop by and drive the Jetta. I went to the dealership with her to help walk her through the process. I let her know that buying a car can be very difficult, and to expect a high pressure situation. That was not the case at all. Greg was extremely professional and just great to deal with. All of the numbers were exactly as we had discussed. Frank, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to deal with. He explained to my sister-in-law all the options that were available to her, and did not pressure her at all. When the car was ready to be delivered, it was great. Clean, and all gassed up. My sister-in-law was super excited about her new car. You are running a fantastic team there, Jeff! My wife was so impressed with the little Jetta, that she wants to lease one. When we’re ready, I definitely know we are going to do business with you guys. Also, anybody I know looking for a VW will be sent your way. Thanks for the great customer service! More

I have received by far the best service from this dealership. The timeliness and courtesy I receive at Garden Grove Volkswagen surpasses my expectations. After trying to buy a car for the past month and visiting different dealerships I never left with a smile on my face until I visited Volkswagen of Garden Grove. As a first time buyer it's scary to walk into different dealerships I never left with a smile on my face until I visited Volkswagen of Garden Grove. As a first time buyer it's scary to walk into a dealership and try to get something within your budget but Jeff and Greg were incredibly helpful, no question was left unanswered they worked with me to get the best possible deal out there, they have a wide range of models from new to certified used ones so I was like a little kid in a candy store, They even let me use their computer to find a good insurance company once I bought my car. I recommend Volkswagen of Garden Grove, their customer service is excelent, I love my new car and I'm positive you will leave just as happy as I did. More

First 3 words that come to mind when describing my experience with VW of Garden Grove and the people there: Professional, Friendly, Courteous, Patient, Honest, Integrity, Transparent, Gracious. OK, t experience with VW of Garden Grove and the people there: Professional, Friendly, Courteous, Patient, Honest, Integrity, Transparent, Gracious. OK, that was more than 3 words. I just couldn't stop after I started, and can possibly keep going. But I think you get my point. As a VW enthusiast, I have owned 5 VWs in the last 10 years, and have had the opportunity to purchase vehicles from several VW dealerships in Southern California. Hands-down, this has been my best purchase experience from a VW dealership. Though this was my first purchase from VW of Garden Grove, they have earned my future business as well. And in business, especially in our current economic climate, retention is just as important as new business. In my situation, they have earned both. Everyone I had interactions with at VW of Garden Grove demonstrated utmost professionalism: Tim Vest, Tina Hoover, Jeff West, Anya Artemyeva. As described above, they were extremely patient with my shopping process exceeding all of my expectations. Rather than forcing a sale, they worked with me to best meet my objectives. Without overindulging on sharing my positive experience at VW of Garden Grove, I will conclude by saying that they have truly earned my future business. Thank you Tim, Jeff, Tina, Anya and everyone at VW of GG ... you guys ROCK! Groove on in the Grove! I LOVE my new 2011 CC! More

Volkswagen of Garden Grove exceeded all of my Volkswagen of Garden Grove exceeded all of my expectations. I had originally visited the San Juan Capistrano dealership because it was closer to my Volkswagen of Garden Grove exceeded all of my expectations. I had originally visited the San Juan Capistrano dealership because it was closer to my house. I went home and researched online if Triple A or Costco offered better prices, and Garden Grove came up on every website. Within an hour, Jeff West contacted me. He was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. When I actually met him in person he was professional and humorous, and mentioned how his son drives a volkswagen, and I really felt like I had made the right decision by purchasing mine. His assistant, Anya Artemyeva took over the financials and legal info from there. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable about cars, and helpful with all my questions, and explaining everything thoroughly. She made it easy to contact her by phone or e-mail, always responded immediately, and even gave me her cell phone number on her day off incase I had additional questions. I was very impressed with Anya's performance and felt very at ease and comfortable every time we spoke via email or on the phone. I felt the same way when I finally met her in person, she was also stunning! Anya spent over an hour with me, inside and out of my new car explaining how everything works, she set up my blue tooth, and made sure I didn't drive off the lot until all of my questions were answered. I have already recommended Volkswagen of Garden Grove to all of my friends and family, and shared with them my wonderful experience. I will continue to do that. Thanks to Anya, I drove off the lot extremely confident that I had made the right decision with my new purchase. I absolutely love my new jetta thanks to Anya. More
