I had a made an appointment for an oil change, tires rotated, wiper blades and update a computer recall on my defender...showed up at 10 a.m. By 2:30 p.m. the only things that were done were the oil ch rotated, wiper blades and update a computer recall on my defender...showed up at 10 a.m. By 2:30 p.m. the only things that were done were the oil change and the wiper blades. Was told the computer update was taking longer than anticipated. Have to bring it back on the 27th now. Oh and couldn't rotate my tires because the back ones were low on tread. Still haven't received a quote for tires but listening to the lady next to me complain about how she bought 4 brand new tires from them only to replace 3 of them a couple of months later....Don't think so. More
