Simon was great help upon arriving to the dealership. He greeted us at the door because one of the sales managers that I previously spoke to had already left for the night. I got the price, interest rate and car for the money that I wanted and I can't have any complaints. This is also the dealership that deserves to sell you that VW, because they know how to take care of it. Three Rivers VW sold and serviced my VW, unfortunately. I ordered a new key there which they secured but were incapable of programming it to the car.They blamed it on bad Immobilizer hardware contained in the instrument cluster, requiring replacement of same, a $ 700.00 repair. Since I did not immediately roll over to this basically "Black-Mail", they made no effort to restore my car to the condition it entered their shop. No key worked, immobilizer light flashing,radio non-op. I took the problem to Apollo VW, they started diligently working on it with VW factory technicians, the job taking 2 days. The system is totally restored and everything is working well. Cost to me ... $ 96.00. They even gave me a loaner car for the duration and treated me like a million $ customer. Thank you Apollo Service guy's you are aces. You know where my business goes from hereon. More

Letter to Sales Rep who we had purchased multiple cars from: Unfortunately, after my recent multiple bad experiences at your dealership, I will no longer have anything to do with Day Apollo. The way that I was treated by both your GM and Service Manager was unprofessional and clearly demonstrated that they have no regard for my family’s safety and well-being. We had multiple issues with our vehicles, the biggest ones being with a van door closing on its own on my child on our VW and an air conditioning system that was leaking on my Subaru. Both of these issues were handled poorly. I was able to escalate our VW issue with the door closing on its own on my child to VW directly and another dealership was able to fix the issue. We had both our vehicles to your dealership multiple times. The door issue was never fixed by your service team and I have a transcript of a voicemail from your GM telling me that they cannot find any issue and there is no space on the lot for our car and to come pick it up. It took 4 tries and a blow off by the Service Manager to get the air conditioner fixed. In fact, the Service Manager never followed up with me and I had to get the GM involved to get my vehicle addressed. I do not appreciate being yelled at by the GM or blown off by the SM, but that is what happened this summer. Nobody should be treated that way and repeatedly at that. If I could think of a better way to earn 1s across the board, your dealership has earned for both Subaru and VW. I have always enjoyed working with you. Also, I would like to note that Francis seemed to be very helpful and was very nice. I used to rave about my experiences at Day Apollo and I know that I have personally sent multiple people there. Now I am telling them to stay away. I cannot with any comfort come back. You can remove me from your database.
