Letter to Sales Rep who we had purchased multiple cars from: Unfortunately, after my recent multiple bad experiences at your dealership, I will no longer have anything to do with Day Apollo. The way that I was treated by both your GM and Service Manager was unprofessional and clearly demonstrated that they have no regard for my family’s safety and well-being. We had multiple issues with our vehicles, the biggest ones being with a van door closing on its own on my child on our VW and an air conditioning system that was leaking on my Subaru. Both of these issues were handled poorly. I was able to escalate our VW issue with the door closing on its own on my child to VW directly and another dealership was able to fix the issue. We had both our vehicles to your dealership multiple times. The door issue was never fixed by your service team and I have a transcript of a voicemail from your GM telling me that they cannot find any issue and there is no space on the lot for our car and to come pick it up. It took 4 tries and a blow off by the Service Manager to get the air conditioner fixed. In fact, the Service Manager never followed up with me and I had to get the GM involved to get my vehicle addressed. I do not appreciate being yelled at by the GM or blown off by the SM, but that is what happened this summer. Nobody should be treated that way and repeatedly at that. If I could think of a better way to earn 1s across the board, your dealership has earned for both Subaru and VW. I have always enjoyed working with you. Also, I would like to note that Francis seemed to be very helpful and was very nice. I used to rave about my experiences at Day Apollo and I know that I have personally sent multiple people there. Now I am telling them to stay away. I cannot with any comfort come back. You can remove me from your database. I had read the reviews of the Day Apollo before I came out, and they were all true, they are professional and courteous. They treated me with respect, and did not rush me in any manner. I came out to the dealership with my Mom, and my salesperson, Mike Sasser, treated her as if she were a queen. On the way back from the dealership, my mother repeatedly told me how much she liked the cars and the how the dealership was, but was amazed of how good a person Mike was. One more thing to add, the business manager Steve Huetter, who does all the paper work for you after and signing, is a big happy jolly guy, I didn’t feel like I was buying a car, but rather going on a trip to Hawaii.
