How do I even start,I found after leasing the purchase of an Audi from Day was such a seamless process. I could get the car I loved a service contract to CYA and payment to maybe pay it off and make it out a an Audi from Day was such a seamless process. I could get the car I loved a service contract to CYA and payment to maybe pay it off and make it out alive and still have a decent car when said and done! *BOOM*”During the 22 months that followed 3 class action repair suits that I was talked out of executing in service departments at a local Audi dealership because “ my car wasn't quite ready for those said repairs” ( over mileage became an issue and was never brought up) that would have been re-embursed, and beside Your extended coverage will cover...As told by Day Apollo warranty dept. no fault of Misty as she was not currently selling at the time! Ironically 1200 miles later They all happened to my car and a whopping $4,680.00 ( thats not even tires breaks and rotors that need done in 2 months and oil changes) later and by the way that Warranty that was sold to me that I have been paying for the last 23 months now that was so pertinent I get to cover an import car .. Covered a Valve Cover, Wow $3,000 RIPOFF So I have now called every month since November 1, when I signed a cancellation form to get my money back so I can re-finance or trade my car in. Never got a response to why Misty never sent it, no explanation, even called the sales manager. So unhappy I now have as much money in this car as some non luxury brand new transportation, I even went back and tried to do business with them again in attempt to upgrade for fear of more future problems and they only were willing to put me in more financial duress! No Solution, No Communication, No support, mental anquish for 2 years, I’ve been making very curtious, desperate requests for a call back for going on 4 months and a vehicle in service off and on for 9 weeks out of a 22 month period of ownership Ive been very patient up until now so I have a little time to post a rating sure no problem! More

Very disappointed with them paying off my vehicle. Purchased a 2019 Atlas SE Technology. Finance department assured me that the vehicle I traded in (Honda Crosstour 2012) was going to be paid off befo Purchased a 2019 Atlas SE Technology. Finance department assured me that the vehicle I traded in (Honda Crosstour 2012) was going to be paid off before 27 November. Apparently, they sent the check to the wrong address. Been talking to the sales manager (Chris) about this and he assured me that they would send another check. It has been one month since I bought the vehicle and not only the payment for my other car is coming due again but they haven’t paid off my trade in as of today. I emailed Chris to see the status on Thursday and today is Saturday and no explanation or reply has been given. Every time I have to ask what the status is because they have no courtesy to keep me informed. After this review, I will open a case with the Better Business Bureau. An awesome trip to the dealer today. Ended up with a car and meet real professionals. Ben the Man was my agent at the WV Apollo, and he did great: wasn’t pushing, listened to my life story and those of my c and meet real professionals. Missy the financier was smokin hot, not to mention professional and quick. She did all the papperwork (as we say in Germany) on the spot. 1.5 hrs later I walked out all decked up and fixed with a brand new set of wheels. Well done, Apollo WV! More
We have a great experience with our sales rep. We were told that our vehicle will be finance at 60 months and match the monthly pay I have asked for. Once we went to the finance office I have a ton of papers, didn’t realized that the finance documents reflected 72 months until after we were home. This is such a scam to get the vehicle sold to us. I would never purchase another car from here ever! More

Very Bad Experience Walked-in to look at a vehicle I had been researching. Turned out the pressure stemmed from trying to get the Sales person a Sale for the end of the month. Red Flag #1... these people are out for themselves not the customer... The dealership didn’t have the exact car I wanted and I was promised they would locate the exact car. I put down a same-day deposit to lock in the deal and was guaranteed a follow-up update on locating the car I wanted within the next 2 days. No call was ever made.. I was simply just curious about what was happening. By the end of day 2, I called and left a voicemail, which was never returned.. 2 days later, called again just to get an update, no return.. by call #3 I was being transferred AGAIN to a voicemail.. at this point, I was over it. These are the hardest people to get ahold of and I no longer wanted to do business with them. Very unorganized group of people and I suggest go elsewhere.. I ended up finding a better deal at another location and couldn’t be happier I didn’t buy a car at Day Apollo. The new dealership had amazing customer service and had zero pressure.. they located my exact car I wanted and kept me in the loop the entire buying experience. I never write bad reviews and found the need to in order to help the next customer to move on from this dealership! More
