When we came to the dealership Kristi Our buying experience was very easy. My contact started via text with Teresa, who answered my initial questions. When we came to the dealership Kristina, our sales person, was very knowledgeable of all of the Tiguan specs, answered all questions we had and had a very professional demeanor. We got a fair trade in evaluation by the GM. The finance process was also very easy and amazingly efficient. I would deal with VW of NPR again. More

Great experience I just want to give credit where it’s due. I had been looking for a particular model car for weeks and spoke/met with quite a few different dealership I just want to give credit where it’s due. I had been looking for a particular model car for weeks and spoke/met with quite a few different dealerships. Almost all of them made me feel like I was prey. This dealership was quite the opposite. From the moment I contacted about them a particular vehicle, they made me feel like they were there to help more than anything. Both Alain Garcia, the salesmen, and Teresa Shaw, the internet sales manager, were both incredibly hospitable and friendly. Who tells a customer they have a vehicle on their lot going through their shop for pre-delivery inspection, has the customer drive 2 hours to get there only to find out the car isn’t even in their inventory.
