It took you almost 3 weeks to perform warranty service on my idBuzz and gave a dirty car back to me. You did provide a VW Taos loaner car but it was not the same class as the Buzz. In addition, I had to put my idBuzz and gave a dirty car back to me. You did provide a VW Taos loaner car but it was not the same class as the Buzz. In addition, I had to put $60 of gasoline in the Taos. I would drive for three months or more before using that much electricity in the Buzz. More

I had a major issue with my 2017 VW Touareg which luckily was covered under my extended warranty. My service Advisor, Jakub kept me up to speed on the progress as well as dealing with the third-party warrant was covered under my extended warranty.
