I came for a tuneup then drove 3 days afterwards with a rattling engine ready to stall. It was an engine cap that was over tightened. 2 nd time this has happened. Always come to Florida Ave center. Raphael Taft is the individual we worked with when purchasing our vehicle. He was extremely helpful and considerate. I would give him 4.5 stars. My husband has called and tried to speak with someone from the dealership about promises made (and written in the contract) along with just a couple of basic questions and getting a response or a call back is near impossible. Someone is always on vacation or out of the office. If you're looking to buy a car and never speak with the dealership again then awesome, but when we have a simple question about our lease a call back would be more than appreciated. More
