I was offended by the slight remark of the first customer service gentleman I had to deal with. I knew what was wrong with my car because my dad is a retired comment and he made a smirking noise and proceede service gentleman I had to deal with. Had a scheduled appointment for 7am at the service department for oil change and also got alignment done. Initially, I was told 1 1/2hr wait. The VW was 'finished' at 11:15am. I had to quickly return department for oil change and also got alignment done. Initially, I was told 1 1/2hr wait. The VW was 'finished' at 11:15am. I had to quickly return as I realized that apparently the alignment was off as the car was pulling to the right. They get the car back in by 11:40am. Soon to be told by the service advisor that 'I need new tires'. I spoke to the technician that took over and I got them to rotate the rear tires to the front, Not clockwise like they had done. Problem solved w/o need for new tires. Very disappointed. More
