I came into to have the recently replaced brake booster inspected because I was still hearing grinding / swooshing noise. The mechanic left my coolant cap off after inspections. We were stranded on I-4 fou inspected because I was still hearing grinding / swooshing noise. The mechanic left my coolant cap off after inspections. We were stranded on I-4 four days later when the coolant was emptied out. You can actually see in the video they provide that he failed to put the cap back on. Dustin was extremely helpful during the process and follow up. Very frustrating and dangerous that the mechanic left that cap off. More

I asked dustin to please have the mechanic check for the plugfor the sunroof drain in which he started to argue with me about why would there be plug there. When having body work checked he initally told me I had 3 dents after checking it under the lights. when I brought in the car for bodywork and iasked about the 3 dents he ll mentioned to me and said he never said that. He loves to gaslight and give attitude vs just talking with the mechanics to find out the answer.. acts like he's mister nice guy but he's a real jerk. More
