My service appointment was managed by Joshua Anderson and he was always available for questions and very professional. I loved getting videos of what servicing was being done on my car and how it was being r he was always available for questions and very professional. The servicing technician who recorded the videos and repaired the car was Tristan Mieras and he was very knowledgeable and detailed. In the past, I have not loved being involved in car matters. I feel I have been talked down to as a woman. This was NOT the case here at VW. I would highly recommend the servicing department for their professionalism, courtesy, and respect. More

My daughter broke down on her way back to college just 40 miles short of making it back her car started smoking from a busted coolant flange. Had it towed to the dealership not knowing who they were only kne miles short of making it back her car started smoking from a busted coolant flange. Had it towed to the dealership not knowing who they were only knew I needed her car fixed asap bc we live in the panhandle and I just googled and said tow it here. The next morning around 7:30 am I get a call saying they have the car and could have the part the next day. They were so nice and helpful and actually helped with lowering my cost bc this was a unexpected cost for a single mom. This will definitely be our go to place for my child while she is at USF for sure. Thank you for the great service. More
