I received an email from this company offering me a promotion for free oil change and washing. I scheduled my car to be serviced, but when I got there no one knew about this promotion, but I went to fi promotion for free oil change and washing. I had to locate the email to prove what I had said and received. After that they did, but when I got the car I saw that it hadn't been washed, I sent a message to the person who managing everything (Mr. Michael Mahoney), but I was completely ignored. I don't want to be a customer of a company that presents itself as being very disorganized. More
