The staff are wonderful - I have been buying/servicing VWs for over a 20 year span when the dealership was Reeve's VW... since the sale of the dealership and name change to VW of North Tampa, the administ VWs for over a 20 year span when the dealership was Reeve's VW... since the sale of the dealership and name change to VW of North Tampa, the administration's cost of services has unacceptably skyrocketed. I went to another VW, and the cost was approximately 1/3 less... in my situation, it led to a $418 savings. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. More

So many problems this time around. Ever since the acquisition of Reeves by Morgan Al the good people have left. I had an advisor leave before looking at my car. Got switched advisors. Ever since the acquisition of Reeves by Morgan Al the good people have left. I had an advisor leave before looking at my car. Got switched advisors. A tech that couldn’t find the problem I came for, then created another, and then that magically disappeared when I said not to look into it further. Then when I picked up my car because of a notice I got sent to pick it up, half the car was still apart with parts on the dashboard. While the advisors and manager were pleasant when fixing the problem given it was nearly out of their direct control, there wasn’t anything other than an apology. Reeves was a place I trusted, but not sure how much I can trust what Morgan is saying and probably won’t be coming back unless it’s to fix an issue they created. More
