Volkswagen of Oak Lawn - Service Center

When i brought my car into Service Center there were coins, car sticker, tire lock and misc paperwork for my car now it’s all gone. I don’t want to accuse anyone of stealing but those items are no long coins, car sticker, tire lock and misc paperwork for my car now it’s all gone. I don’t want to accuse anyone of stealing but those items are no longer in my glove compartment and I want my stuff back! The Service Center detailed the inside of my car without my permission and that’s when the items came up missing. They put some stuff in a bag but it wasn’t everything. I am very disappointed. When I mentioned this to Josh he tried to do what he could but that wasn’t good enough because I still don’t have my things. I also had to bring back the car after service because of a squeaking sound which has not been resolved so I have to bring car back. Josh was very nice, professional and attentive and I don’t blame him for the loss of my things or the inadequacies of Service Center. More

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and they damaged the hood of my car . Manager will not call back the hood of my car . Manager will not call back More

It was a little low but when I picked up my car my car ran 100% ran 100% More

My car stalled at the intersection of 95th and Cicero and was towed to Oak Lawn, VW. I work at Christ hospital in OakLawn but live in Lisle, 27 miles away. I had to find transportation to and from work each day and drive out to Oak Lawn on Saturday as well! Oak Lawn VW is less than a mile from the hospital. I was also told by Tyler that I should only go to a VW dealer for a new battery because they needed to do many “applications” I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from Volkswagen of Oak Lawn. More

Would not recommend this place at all. I took my volkswagen to get repaired and they never fixed it. I paid $5,000 in repairs just for it to be the same. They made me pay for 3 things clai I took my volkswagen to get repaired and they never fixed it. I paid $5,000 in repairs just for it to be the same. They made me pay for 3 things claiming that was the issue, but it wasn’t. I tried to speak with the manager to discuss the issue, but he hid away and refused to talk. Never got a refund and my car still won’t work. Horrible service, think twice before coming here. Thanks for nothing. More
