Shady business. Went for a problem my windshield wiper sensor. They tried to lie and tell me my wiper motor had aftermarket parts in it and due to that it was not co Went for a problem my windshield wiper sensor. They tried to lie and tell me my wiper motor had aftermarket parts in it and due to that it was not covered under warranty and tried to charge me $210. When I explained to them that was impossible and had proof that was impossible because my vehicle has only ever been serviced there they changed their time and made it right. Not really sure why they tried to get over on me. But the service manager Mike and his flunky Joe are shady individuals. More

Joseph was completely useless. He had horrible customer service and delayed my appointment multiple times. He did not want to work with me and tried to charge me a ridiculous amoun He had horrible customer service and delayed my appointment multiple times. He did not want to work with me and tried to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to not even assure me to fix my car. He was rude over the phone. He told me that I don't know anything about my car and he has people working for 20 years that know more than me. He told me information that was incorrect on multiple occasions about the service that was done. All around horrible service I will never be working with Springfield Volkswagen ever again. More
