We took our vehicle in expecting it to be addressed because parts were falling off of the car and we were told that we would have to pay because the vehicle is out of warranty even though we've been ha because parts were falling off of the car and we were told that we would have to pay because the vehicle is out of warranty even though we've been having parts fall off the car since we purchased it. We were told that we couldn't get a loaner car because of the service would take multiple days, but we couldn't get a loaner car because of the warranty.
