Everything was fine, things just ended up a bit more complicated and my car had to be kept overnight. I made a appointment for one thing, and then another thing was suggested and I agreed, but I wasn't complicated and my car had to be kept overnight. Other than that, it was great. It was my first time going to a dealership, it was pleasant. The online platform to see what was checked during the diagnostic and to choose which service I would and wouldn't do and get a price online was really nice. I liked that I could text Lizzie to get updates. Drop off and pick up was easy. Not a bad experience at all, and I would go back. The pricing for everything was better than I expected too. More
