Joseph was completely useless. He had horrible customer service and delayed my appointment multiple times. He did not want to work with me and tried to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to not even assure me to fix my car. He was rude over the phone. He told me that I don't know anything about my car and he has people working for 20 years that know more than me. He told me information that was incorrect on multiple occasions about the service that was done. All around horrible service I will never be working with Springfield Volkswagen ever again.
