They never have enough tech on hand. They do not call you back if they tell you they need to order the part. I was there in March. They said they needed to order the part, and I could dr They do not call you back if they tell you they need to order the part. I was there in March. They said they needed to order the part, and I could drive my vehicle with the engine light on. I also had a recall that needed to be taken care of. They needed to order that part and call me, but they never did. So, I just dropped my car off with no appointment and said I wanted it fixed. They only fixed the recall. I told the young lady I had been waiting for a call I had never received since March. I noted my car was there, and the part for the check engine light was in. She checked and said yes, it is in, but I needed to make an appointment. I asked why my vehicle was there—you fixed the recall, so why do I need to come back for something that should have been fixed in March or April when the part came in? You have had the car since 9/14/25, but you wanted me to return it on 9/26/25. It didn’t make sense. Service is terrible. More
