We had some work done of our 2015 EOS, and they always wash the car before returning it. The car wash knocked a small cover plate off the passenger side of the car. They ordered a new plate, had to paint it, and it took them about 3 hours to install the cover plate. There was never a question about cost. They covered it. Very impressed with Marco in the service department, he was very accommodating and thorough I brought my Volkswagen Taos in For 15,000 mile service. Brought my 2018 Passat in to scan the computer as to why my EPC light came on during recent trip. Car was surging...at the time I was using my cruise control...they scanned, and couldn't find any instance o my EPC light came on during recent trip. Also, my infotainment system was "wacky"...they replace the Infotainment System. Seems to work just fine now. More
