Drop off is easy, no waiting & hand over to Service advisor Quindon Stokes was pleasant and reassuring. Quickly helped with a question about my future scheduled services. Got a call to pick up within t advisor Quindon Stokes was pleasant and reassuring. Quickly helped with a question about my future scheduled services. Got a call to pick up within the hour and as usual my vehicle looked and drove amazing. Got an email soon after with a service report pdf that I can easily save to my Car Service File on my iPhone. This is a very friendly dealership with great people. Steve, in customer service, is always there with a smile and is knowledgeable and competent to handle all of your service needs.
