I would drive 900 miles elsewhere with ease to go buy a car over this place. whatever management is running this gong show should be ashamed. i went I would drive 900 miles elsewhere with ease to go buy a car over this place. whatever management is running this gong show should be ashamed. i went in and spoke with bill i think then austin then some other dude couldnt tell u who. these dudes blew up my phone even after i told them i was coming. and then continues to call me and text me from all sorts of numbers. i got there and left within 40 mins because place was a complete mess. total chaos. sales dudes talking crap about other employees and complaining on the side instead of helping me or the other 2 woman that were there. we left. wont be back. what a cluster eff. hard pass. buncha boy kids up in here man. management clearly doesnt care. trust me, go elsewhere. like i mentioned 900 miles elsewhere is better. this place will flop without a Doubt just like the last name, hepperly. dont b confused guys. same clown show. Their lot was so crowded with vehicles you couldn’t even open car doors let alone get one out to have test driven. The quality of cars was poor for the price being asked for the vehicles. Sales staff were unimpressive and lacked professionalism, covered in tattoos and piercings. Not who I want to buy a car from. Needless to say I wasn’t impressed. The lactation I visited was the Lenoir City location. But it was my first and last. More

Poor Communication & Kept Deposit After test driving one of their cars, my wife placed a $500 deposit on the car after being pressured by the salesman that "other people were intereste After test driving one of their cars, my wife placed a $500 deposit on the car after being pressured by the salesman that "other people were interested in the car". The following day she discovered that our low interest rate auto loan required she purchase a 1 year newer vehicle than the one she drove and placed a deposit on. After explaining the situation to the salesman and the sales manager, the sales manager indicated he would need to ask the general manager and would call me back. After 7 hours of not getting a call back from the sales manager, I called the dealership back. I was told the sales manager was busy and would call me back. As I suspected, by the time the dealership closed, I never received a call back. I cannot believe they would keep my wife's deposit due to an honest mistake on her part, and really cannot believe they did not have the courtesy of returning my phone calls! I suggest using other car dealers in the Maryville/Knoxville TN area. There are many more who have lower prices for comparable vehicles and have MUCH BETTER customer service! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! More
