I noticed the car had a replaced engine in it, and they explained what happened, the service manager came out and explained in detail the reason why. I arrived on the lot bleary eyed and a little disheveled after spending much of the night online researching used cars. I was very warmly but unobtrusively greeted by Mark. From that point on the process was fun, and easy! Mark was very patient in helping me explore my options.
