Careful of the bait and switch. Horrible customer service. Called to get some information about a car that they had advertised online. Called multiple times and could never get a sales rep. Asked to be called back but no one ever did. Drove for multiple hours to get to the dealership and found out that car was sold before we even called about it. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. The rep that came out when we were at the dealership told us the car was sold and said "It is bound to happen". Really? I am pretty sure I can walk out to my driveway and tell you with astounding accuracy if my car is there. Not sure why in the 5-6 hours after we talked to the original sales rep he couldn't call us back to let us know it was no longer for sale or at least ask someone else to do it. I guess he got lost. They were kind enough to tell us that they had several other vehicles for sale on the lot. Surprise surprise. I should have asked if he was SURE they were still available. More

Exceptional Experience I purchased my first Volvo in 2005 at Annapolis Volvo - a used S80- that I still have today with over 180,000 miles and still going strong. Bobby is a true professional and obviously is an expert when it comes to Volvo's. He answered every question honestly, threw no punches and never once put any pressure to go in one direction or the other when I was deciding to go with a higher model or extra options. In the end I got the XC60 I NEEDED with a very fair price. As a woman, purchasing a vehicle has been an interesting experience throughout my life. Peace in the family, Volvo rules! I've been a Volvo fan every since Simon Templar and The Saint drove a Volvo 1800 back in the 1960's. Bought my mother (a terrible driver) a Volvo 850 I've been a Volvo fan every since Simon Templar and The Saint drove a Volvo 1800 back in the 1960's. Bought my mother (a terrible driver) a Volvo 850 wagon in 1997, since it was the safest car for her to drive, and it's going strong in 2015 with 220,000 miles, thanks to the Volvo service department. The next generation in our family, is my 17 year old son, who I took in to Annapolis Volvo today and Ryan (salesman) picked out a low mileage 2012 S60 for (in Dr. Who Tardis blue). My son loved the car, Ryan was incredibly efficient at working with the Manager Butch, and the finance person, and later that day I went back to trade in my MBenz 350 ML (which I regret buying) and seal the deal. Best car buying experience I've ever had! These guys are top notch, and Volvo's are great cars. Paul More

Everyone at the dealership was extremely courteous and accomodating (they even had a playroom that our little one loved). There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase and the experience overall. The one drawback was they had just one financing agent; but Sherry more than made up for the wait by matching our outside rate and being candid and helpful during the closing process. I ended up returning to the dealership the next week to service the vehicle (just me being paranoid and playing it safe) and received top notch service once again. I'm hoping I still love Volvo when it's time to buy my next vehicle because Annapolis Volvo will be my first and last stop. More

Lloyd was great because you could tell he has a passion for Volvo's which made him very knowledgeable. We were looking to move to a larger vehicle after having a baby and the S80 gave us plenty of room and even though it's pre-owned the quality looks mostly like a brand new car.
