I called Brian Lawrence at around 8am on a Saturday and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for an oil change the same day at around 10:30am. I drive an hour--passing another Volvo dealership--to Volvo of Phoenix because of the great service I receive from Brian. No matter how busy he is, no matter how frustrated other customers may be, he always treats me kindly and shows genuine compassion towards me. It's nice to have an honest service advisor who provides sound advice and has integrity. I feel like I'm visiting a friend or family member when I'm having my vehicle serviced. Even Mark Wylie, the service manager knows me, and that's a great feeling. I don't feel like I'm just a number; I feel very welcomed by all the advisors and staff. It's well worth the extra travel time. More

Tyler was able to schedule the appointment when I needed it and had a loaner car available for my use. I live 100 miles from the Volvo dealership, so it's very helpful to have a loaner car to use so that I it and had a loaner car available for my use. I was schedule for routine services for my 2004 Volvo S80. I was immediately attended to when I arrived and was given an estimated time to complete the work. The service department performed a complete diagnosis of my car and informed me of other issued with the vehicle that I was not aware of, which I am now planning to fix the problems. Jason was very friendly and courteous. I also received a follow-up call from the service manager to find out if I was happy with the service I received. Additional emails followed the call to make sure the vehicle is running fine. To me this level of service is great customer relation and care. I am very pleased with the service I received . More

i really like the sevice i got from the time i arrived to the time i left. i was asked if i needed any help by multiple employees just walking up to service. the overwelming greetings was great and so was th the time i left. i was asked if i needed any help by multiple employees just walking up to service. the overwelming greetings was great and so was the service dept and brian who helped me with my service of my car. one big thing i really like about this dept and volvo over all other dealers was there was no up sell of any other parts just for money. i was told exactly what part was needed and it also came to be cheaper than i was quoted. i will recommend this dealership to everyone i know due to the excellent customer service and knowledge that is given from all employees. they went over and beyond expectations. thank you midway volvo!!!!! Brian Lawrence went ABOVE and BEYOND to address a dead battery in my wife's XC90. It was Black Friday and when she went out to go shopping that morning, the battery was completely dead.
