We were traveling from California back east for spring break and Easter to visit family. A boulder fell on our car while traveling on the 17 and we had a horrible accident. We were towed into the dealership, a bit dazed and a bit lost. Tyler was FANTASTIC and the rest of the staff was just great. They helped us make all of our arrangements to get back on the road in a rental within two hours. Leaving our car behind was scary, but we had to get to family. Tyler managed the situation for us along with our insurance company and even while away had the matter handled within the week. I have been driving for over 30 years -- this was seriously the best customer service from a dealership that I have ever experienced. If we ever move to Phoenix I am buying all my cars and getting them services at Volvo of Phoenix. More
