30,000 maintenence The dealership is clean and professional. Andrea was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with regular updates on the progress of my service. The only drawback was I expected to be there for 2 hours at the most and instead was there for 4 1/2 hours. Granted they also fixed rear brakes but it was still a long wait. Overall I would return to this dealership. More

Complicated Servicing from afar. I scheduled a service appointment about a month ahead of time because I had a scheduled trip off island from Nantucket for the week of July 6th-13th. I scheduled a service appointment about a month ahead of time because I had a scheduled trip off island from Nantucket for the week of July 6th-13th. and because of the overwhelming problems of getting back on island in the summer, this was my only chance to fix the horrible engine coolant leak that had been happening since the start of the heat. I called about a week later to schedule a loaner car for the week I would be in Ogunquit (2.5 hours away from service center) so that I wouldn't have to drive 5 hours when my car was ready. I think I talked to Bryan when I called and explained and was told "no problem, we'll take care of you". When I arrived on the 6th after the long boat ride with my 2 children unable to get out of our car because of CO-Vid. Andrea was total accommodating but as I was signing the loaner contract, I noticed the stipulation for fees if returned 24 hours after car is ready and asked. I explained that I had called and set this early. Unfortunately, she said there would be no way to keep the loaner. Very disappointed and frustrated, I accepted the contract and left. When Andrea called me on Wednesday to tell me the car was ready, I again explained my situation and kindly asked about fees if I were to keep it until Monday like my original plan. She did not know the fees and told me I would put the service center in a terrible position if I did not return by noon on Thursday. She called me back about an hour later and said her supervisor let her know the fee would be $150 a day! I asked if Saturday and Sunday would count since no service is conducted, which she said yes, I obviously drove the 5 hours and got my car, which is working perfectly and I am so thankful. My three points of disappointment would be 1) Having someone tell me I was all set with the loaner for the week 2) $150 a day for a loaner seems unreasonable 3) I would have paid the exorbitant fee if it was for the Thursday and Friday but charging for Saturday and Sunday seems ludicrous. I really am impressed with the actual service to my car and look forward to working with this service center in the future as we plan to upgrade to a newer car within the year. I am hoping it is a little less complicated, though I completely understand during this unprecedented time that things are tough right now. Much Gratitude! More
