Andrea was fantastic. She kept us apprised of everything. One thing, in the past , our car was washed and the inside vacuumed and wiped down. This was not done. Continuing good service Came in for a software upgrade that was supposed to take 1.5 hrs, and they did it in 30 minutes (plus they disinfected the car). Dealer maintenance is a huge rip off! Hyannis MA Volvo dealer told me I needed 3 cat converters for $10,292 + tax! I really only needed one O2 sensor. WON'T be back!
