I called shortly before closing on a Friday afternoon, Andrea patiently listened to my urgent, check engine light, need for service on our Volvo S60. She suggested that I bring the car in the next morning Andrea patiently listened to my urgent, check engine light, need for service on our Volvo S60. She suggested that I bring the car in the next morning, but that she could not guarantee that it could be fixed with only one tech scheduled for Saturday morning service, which was already booked. Needless to say, the next morning Andrea greeted me, brought my car right in for a diagnostic work up, and then reviewed the work that would need to be done. The parts were available and she reassured me that the work would be completed so that we could enjoy a worry free ride back home to the Berkshires. Hats off to Andrea, her tech team, and Volvo Cars of Cape Cod for being so welcoming and accommodating, and for their exemplary service!! More
