Tried to charge me a $1500 dealer fee on top of sticker pric e for a new XC90. Found out they only charge $699 to all other customers and when I asked them why I was told that they charge a premium on this model e for a new XC90. Sebastian Faulk/ caution i thought the deal was going well until after the purchase and money handed to them only to find just one key(FOB) for the car. They admitted they kne i thought the deal was going well until after the purchase and money handed to them only to find just one key(FOB) for the car. They admitted they knew there was only one FOB but conveniently did not share that info with me until after the sale. In fact the response was that is why it is priced as it is. Now I need to go purchase a second FOB at a cost of $300. I don't appreciate underhanded tactics like this whether intentional or not. Because the dealership was over an hour away, I talked pricing first with him and later with Lonnie. They didn't move much, but enough for me to visit the dealership. I'm glad I did. The in person buying experience was great, and Sebastian and Lonnie made you feel good that you were buying your car from this dealership. I knocked the pricing to 4 stars because the dealer fee and add ons are on the high end. More

We visited this dealership after seeing a few cars on their internet site that looked like something we would be interested in and the prices were good. We were not swarmed when we wandered the lot for their internet site that looked like something we would be interested in and the prices were good. He is an outstanding sales representative and I really enjoyed our experience. I did not feel any pressure and I appreciated his attentiveness to our questions and concerns. The entire dealership is run very professionally and my salesperson, Lonnie Stoltzfus, was extremely knowledgeable and businesslike. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of our questions. We were impressed with the actual dealership, as well as the overall buying experience. We are that family that dreads having to purchase a new vehicle simply because we do not like going back and forth negotiating a price, and walking away as if we didn't get the best deal. We felt the complete opposite while dealing with Lonnie. We negotiated the price we were comfortable paying, without feeling pressured to make the purchase.
