This was made for a date and time very convenient to me along with the offer of a loaner car. When I dropped off the car a loaner was again offered and an anticipated completion time was given. I received a call when my car was ready that all was good but that the technician recommended new wiper blades and what the added cost would be, which I agreed was required and fair. When I picked my car up it was clean, parked near the front door, all work was completed as discussed and for the exact charges agreed. More
